1. Cancellation Process: To cancel your purchase of the Chatbot Product, you must send an email to [email protected] with a detailed explanation of your request for cancellation.
  2. Review of Cancellation Request: Open Infotech will review your request for cancellation and will make a determination, in its sole discretion, as to whether your request will be approved or denied.
  3. Approval of Cancellation Request: In the event that Open Infotech approves your request for cancellation, Open Infotech will initiate the refund process.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated within 12 business days of the approval of your cancellation request. You will receive the refunded amount through the payment method used for the original purchase.
  5. Denial of Cancellation Request: In the event that Open Infotech denies your request for cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Limitation of Liability: Open Infotech will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the cancellation or refund process, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

  8. Governing Law: This Cancellation & Refund Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the Chatbot Product shall be resolved through the courts located in India.
